CUCKOO kicks off Overlook IFF 2024!

Overlook will be kicking off the festivities in 2024 with Tilman Singer’s CUCKOO, starring Hunter Schafer and Dan Stevens.

This year they celebrating horror’s past AND it’s future, and write: „We’ll be kicking off the festivities with NEON’s upcoming CUCKOO, starring Hunter Schafer and going out with a bang with the WORLD PREMIERE of Radio Silence’s ABIGAIL as our Closing Night selection, all paired with an incredible film lineup that includes A24’s Sundance breakout hit I SAW THE TV GLOW, directed by Jane Schoenbrun.
These delicious frights will take place at the historic the Prytania and our beloved festival HQ Prytania canal place!“

On a trip to the German Alps with her father and stepmother, Gretchen (Hunter Schafer from HBO’s “EUPHORIA”) discovers that the resort town where they’re staying hides sinister secrets, as she’s plagued by strange noises and frightening visions of a woman pursuing her.
