Rebellious psychiatrist Maya visits her parents’ isolated mountain village for the first time since birth, to sell the family house, only to enter a patriarchal microcosm complete with superstitions, fears and fables of goblins in the woods. She is soon led to big discoveries about the myths, her parents, but also about herself.

Our regional partner, the Film-und Medien Stiftung NRW granted the always so important first financial production support for ALL CLEAR, the second feature of Christina Tynkevych. Last night DER MANN AUS ROM (De Man uit Rome) von Jaap van Heusden had it’s premiere in Metropol Düsseldorf.

We been a lovely night at our premiere in the Metropol Cinema Düsseldorf together with writer & director Jaap van Heusden, actress Daniela Holtz and some more people of our great team. Thanks to all of them and our supporters we managed to shoot this special film in autumn 2021, during the pandemic.
