Filippo – De Man uit Rome – The Man from Rome – is ready to leave for Utrecht.
On September 29th during Nederlands Film Festival, this years Golden Calve winners will be announced.
Fingers crossed for director Jaap van Heusden and our amazing crew and cast – Michele Riondino, Emma Bading, Marie Louise Stheins, Raymond Thiry, Aus Greidanaus and many others.

The program shines a light on exceptional women filmmakers, amplifying their voices in an industry burdened by gender disparity, said Sydney Film Festival Director Nashen Moodley.
The selected films are: Band by Álfrún Örnólfsdóttir (Iceland), Behind the Haystacks by Asimina Proedrou (Greece, Germany, North Macedonia), Elaha by Milena Aboyan (Germany), Family Time by Tia Kouvo (Finland, Sweden), The Girl from Tomorrow by Marta Savina (Italy, France), The Quiet Migration by Malene Choi (Denmark), Smoke Sauna Sisterhood by Anna Hints (Estonia, France, Iceland), Sunlight by Claire Dix (Ireland), That Afternoon by Nafiss Nia (The Netherlands) and Thunder by Carmen Jaquier (Switzerland).
Sierra/Affinity is handling foreign sales on NEON’s horror pic, CUCKOO, at the upcoming Cannes Film Market 2023.

Written and directed by Tilman Singer, CUCKOO was shot on 35mm over 35 days in Germany and stars Jan Bluthardt (Luz), Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer, Screen Actors Guild Award winner Dan Stevens, BAFTA Award nominee Jessica Henwick, Australian Academy Award nominee Marton Csókás, and acclaimed Spanish actress Greta Fernández.
